Bloom of the balsamroots and other summit meadow wildflowers will probably peak this year during the next 2-3 weeks, depending on how much warm weather we have between then. Weather: Light wind 5-10 mph from the east, abating by the late afternoon. Temperatures in the 50s in the morning to near 70 in the afternoon.
