Wildflowers Blooming Along the Cherry Orchard Trail

Plant list for the Cherry Orchard Trail

The list below was compiled for plants seen from the trailhead on Highway 14 immediately east of the Lyle Tunnels uphill along the Cherry Orchard Trail to the top of the bluffs and then eastward along the trail to the Cherry Orchard. Additional plants were noted along the old DNR road that descends from the power lines south to the Cherry Orchard.

* Oregon White Oak: Quercus garryana var. garryana

Cliff Fern: Woodsia (oregana or scopulina)

Gold-back Fern: Pentagramma triangularis
