American bistort (Bistorta bistortoides) and diverse-leaved cinquefoil (Potentilla diversifolia var. glaucophylla) as seen in moist grass and sedge meadows along the South Loop Road about one mile west of the East Rim Viewpoint, Steens Mountain.......July 9, 2014.
