Grass widows in bloom west of the Tom McCall Nature Preserve........March 23, 2000. A variegated grass widow may be seen at lower right.

1. Pale-anthered Glacier Lily: Erythronium grandiflorum var. pallidum

2. Yellow Bells: Fritillaria pudica

3. Douglas' Grass Widow: Sisyrinchium douglasii

4. Line-leaf Montia: Montia linearis

5. Miner's Lettuce: Claytonia perfoliata (formerly Montia perfoliata)

6. Western Buttercup: Ranunculus occidentalis var. occidentalis

7. Oaks Toothwort: Cardamine pulcherrima var. pulcherrima

8. Spring Whitlow-grass: Draba verna var. boerhaavii

9. Smooth Prairie Star: Lithophragma glabra

10. Western Saxifrage: Saxifraga occidentalis
