Weather: Today the weather was foggy with a cloud deck down to the south boundary of the NAP, with light winds picking up to 15 mph and temperatures in the low to upper 40s. By mid-afternoon, the skies cleared partly to mostly sunny with winds to 20 mph and temps to the uper 40s and low 50s.
