Hoary false yarrow: Chaenactis douglasii var. douglasii

Hoary false yarrow: Chaenactis douglasii var. douglasii

* indicates the wildflower is blooming.

* Panicled Death-camas: Toxicoscordion paniculatum

* Heart-leaf Buckwheat: Eriogonum compositum var. compositum - Yellow flowered forms, just beginning to bloom.

* Shining Oregon Grape: Berberis aquifolium - A few still in bloom.

* Thicket-leaf Thelypody: Thelypodium laciniatum var. laciniatum

* Small-flowered prairie Star: Lithophragma parviflorum - A few still in bloom.

* Black Hawthorn: Crataegus douglasii - (Crataegus columbiana with longer thorns is also found here and possibly in bloom at this time)

Chokecherry: Prunus virginiana var. melanocarpa - In bud.

* Filaree: Erodium cicutarium - Moderate bloom.

* Chervil: Anthriscus scandicina - Numerous small plants.

* Klickitat Desert Parsley: Lomatium klickitatense

* Butterfly-loving (Pungent) Desert Parsley: Lomatium papilioniferum

* Nine-leaf Desert Parsley: Lomatium triternatum var. triternatum - A few in bloom.

* Creek Dogwood: Cornus stolonifera var. occidentalis - Beginning bloom.

* Rigid Fiddleneck: Amsinckia retrorsa - Moderte bloom.

* Wild Cucumber: Marah oreganus

* Hoary False Yarrow: Chaenactis douglasii var. douglasii - A few plants just beginning to bloom.

* Low Pussytoes: Antennaria dimorpha - Nearing the end of bloom.

* Balsamroot: Balsamorhiza species - Sorry, I didn't have a chance to stop to check the species! (possibly B. deltoidea)

* Thread-leaf Balsamroot: Erigeron filifolius - Beginning to bloom.

* Cushion Fleabane: Erigeron poliospermis var. poliospermis - Sparse, but in full bloom.
