Dwarf Mountain Fleabane: Erigeron compositus var. glabratus - Low growing wildflower to 5 inches tall, with haired, fan-shaped leaves, each with cut lobes. Disc flowers yellow, frequently with or without ray flowers in the same population. Ray flowers white.
Foothill Daisy, Longleaf Fleabane: Erigeron corymbosus - Rays light purple, bluish or pinkish. Leaves linear or narrowly oblanceolate and 3-nerved. Herbage spreading.

Foreign Erigeron, Peregrine Fleabane, Subalpine Daisy, Subalpine Fleabane: Erigeron glacialis var. glacialis (Synonyms: Erigeron callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus, Erigeorn peregrinus ssp. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus ssp. callianthemus var. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. angustifolius, Erigeron peregrinus var. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. eucallianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. scaposus, Erigeron ursinus) - An erect, showy fleabane of mountain meadows and open woods. Numerous basal leaves and stems leafy. Flower heads are large, with a yellowish central disk surrounded by 30-80 white to purple ray flowers. Ray flowers 2-4 mm wide.
Foreign Erigeron, Peregrine Fleabane, Subalpine Daisy, Subalpine Fleabane: Erigeron peregrinus var. scaposus (Synonyms: Erigeron callianthemus, Erigeron glacialis var. glacialis, Erigeron peregrinus, Erigeorn peregrinus ssp. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus ssp. callianthemus var. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. angustifolius, Erigeron peregrinus var. callianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. eucallianthemus, Erigeron peregrinus var. scaposus, Erigeron ursinus) - This variety of foreign fleabane has now (2011) been lumped into Erigeron glacialis var. glacialis. I've included it by itself as it can be identified because it is an alpine species, generally found at higher altitudes than var. glacialis, and because it has much reduced stem leaves which are smaller and narrower than those found in var. glacialis.

Cushion Fleabane, Hairy Seeded Daisy: Erigeron poliospermus var. poliospermus - Cushion plant with daisy-like flowers, pink, purple, or violet rays with yellow central disk. Plants to 6 inches tall.
Shaggy Fleabane: Erigeron pumilus var. intermedius (Synonyms: Erigeron pumilus var. euintermedius, Erigeron pumilus var. gracilior, Erigeron pumilus ssp. intermedius) - A copiously and finely haired wildflower, with white, pink, or blue daisy-like flower heads. The height ranges to 40 cm. The olive-green leaves are found all along the stem, and may be as long as 5 cm. This is a plant of dry, sagebrush areas.
