* 4. Sagebrush Buttercup: Ranunculus glaberrimus - Only one plant seen in bloom near the summit.

* 5. Hornseed Buttercup: Ranunculus testiculatus - Abundant at lower elevations.

* 6. Bulblet Prairie-star: Lithophragma glabrum (formerly Lithophragma bulbifera) - In bud above, in bloom below 2500'.
