32. In the graph below, we are viewing
what happens to the reaction rate as we increase the enzyme concentration. As
the enzyme concentration is raised from 0-100%, the reaction rate also rises
in a linear relationship. To better understand what is happening, we will use
the analogy of a factory. 10 workers may produce 10 automobiles per hour. 100
workers would produce 100 autos per hour. As one increases both the amount of
enzyme or workers, the more product can be made per unit time.
