Unidentified Grass #11 of the Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington

Unidentified Gorge grass #11 as seen around the edges of the Horsethief Butte parking area, Columbia Hills State Park..........May 18, 2014. This was identified tentatively by a Botany Washington grass class, but it seems to be a bit too large (and perhaps rhizomatous) for Poa scabrella, which is now lumped with Poa secunda.
