Inflorescence of what appears to be Bolander's Sedge: Carex bolanderi (Synonyms: Carex bolanderi ssp. bolanderi, Carex deweyana, Carex deweyana var. bolanderi) - Inflorescence of what appears to be Bolander's Sedge: Carex bolanderi (Synonyms: Carex bolanderi ssp. bolanderi, Carex deweyana, Carex deweyana var. bolanderi)

A close-up of the inflorescence of what appears to be Bolander's sedge as seen along FS Road #2329 about a mile or so north of Midway Meadows, Gifford Pinchot National Forest........July 13, 2018. This is an area along the road where numerous streams cascade from springs above the road. If not bolander's sedge, then this would most likely be weak-veined sedge (Carex infirminervia).
