[Dragonflies and Damselflies of Mount Adams Country]

These photos show unidentified red-colored meadowhawks which were seen in great abundance throughout the region surrounding Glenwood, WA...........September 30, 2006. The photos were all taken along the Willard Springs Trail at Conboy national Wildlife Refuge. There had evidently been a recent hatch and individuals were busy defending territory as well as trying to attract mates.
