The photo above shows a close-up of several pairs of stem leaves of kelloggia as seen at a small rocky meadow at about 2780' along Road K6000 at the southeastern corner of Mt. Adams........................July 10, 2005. The leaves of kelloggia are opposite on the stems rather than whorled.
