Oregon catchfly blooming on Washington Department of Natural Resources lands on Penny Ridge about a mile or so east of Monte Carlo......June 10, 2021. Oregon catchfly is perhaps our easiest native catchfly to identify due to its much-dissected petals . It's also quite sticky to handle, though there are several other native, sticky species. Those however have mostly entire petals with some small lobes projecting from the base of their petals.
