What may be slender thermopsis as seen atop the dam at the outlet to Jubilee Lake, Umatilla National Forest.............June 29, 2012. The plant seemed to be subglabrous but the racemes often (but not always) had more than 15 flowers, so this could also possibly be Thermopsis rhombifolia var. ovata.
