The Genus Phyllodoce

White Mountain Heather: Phyllodoce glanduliflora

1. Pink or Rose Mountain Heather, Pink Mountain-heath: Phyllodoce empetriformis - Flowers pink or rose in color and bell-shaped. Calyx lobes blunt at the tip and not glandular.

2. White or Yellow Mountain Heather, Yellow Mountain-heath: Phyllodoce glanduliflora - Flowers yellowish to greenish-white and vase-shaped. Calyx lobes pointed at the tip and covered with short, glandular hairs.
