What may probably be Ribes oxyacanthoides ssp. cognatum as seen on forest trails in the southern half of Fields Spring State Park, Asotin County, Washington...........June 11, 2013. The stems have numerous internodal prickles so it most likely can't be Ribes oxyacanthoides ssp. irriguum.
