Note the numerous gland-tipped hairs covering the outer surface of the corolla tube as well as the longer, almost shaggy gland-tipped hairs on the calyx lobes. Note also the long, spreading orange to yellowish hairs over most of the lenght of the staminode as well as the anther sacs which are fully dehiscen,t spread opposite one another, and are narrowly boat shaped.
