Monkshood Aconitum columbianum: Deep blue flowers irregularly shaped, with upper sepal formed into an arched, concave, beaked cap. lateral sepals large and oval, and much larger than the two small, linear sepals. Flowers arranged into a tall spike or raceme. Leaves palmately compound, and mostly on the stem.
