15. Leaves typically have more stomata on the lower leaf surface
than above because more light hits the upper leaf (so it would be slightly warmer)
which could evaporate more water. In addition, if water evaporates, it would
most likely move upward, so it helps to have fewer stomata on the upper leaf
to cut down on water loss.
