#17. This wildflower is Vetch. Its scientific name is Vicia ameicana.

Vetches use tendrils, long snakey stems that wrap around other objects, to grab onto and hole the plant up!

The plant is known as locoweed on the east side of the Cascade Mts. because it makes those who eat it act crazy.
