#2. This wildflower is a Trillium or Wood Lily. Its scientific name is Trillium ovatum.

The lilies generally have their flower parts (like petals) in multiples of 3 (3, 6, 9....) and leaf veins parallel to the leaf edges.

Trilliums live in moist shady woods.
