Your procedure should be written so someone else would be successful duplicating your experiment.

****Although you have worked with other students, this must be written in your own words and should reflect changes made during the experiment.

Diagrams can be used to illustrate certain procedures, but these should be explained briefly.

Refer to any tables which help you setup the experiment.

List specific steps needed to accomplish each task of your procedure. (Use numbers for each step.)

Key steps involving measurements that may be done inconsistently should be explained to limit mistakes.

Identify what ingredients are in your negative control and when it should be tested.

Use "Repeat steps __ to __ " for repeat instructions.

List which numbers of your independent variable you tested.

List the numbers of trials for each independent variable you tested.
