23. The side or strand of DNA that is the sense strand of DNA (has the same code as the new m-RNA , except for the Ts and Us) is the 5' to 3' side.

Be aware that the 2 DNA strands may be shown flip-flopped, in other words, the 5'-3' side may be on top, or the 3'-5' side may be shown on top!
