a. Make good data tables and graphs for the CD-ROM enzyme assignment (Write a good title for each table, include all labels and units!). List specifc results (enzyme concentration, temperature, &pH) for each enzyme. Explain results. More explanations of why enzymes behave the way they do may be found at the Enzyme Factors Page

a. Collect data and organize into titled and labeled tables.
b. Choose the best way to graph this data.
c. Analyze the data. Write what happens to each enzyme in regards to its reactivity when the pH, temperature, or concentration are varied.
