Convolvulus arvensis (68K) --Field Morning Glory (small ground hugging plant with 1 inch flowers).
Convolvulus nyctagineus --Night-blooming Morning Glory (two foot plant of brushy areas or open woods).

Habitat:
Fields, hedges, disturbed areas.
Characteristics:
1. Flowers are trumpet or vase-shaped and white in color. The flowers can be as long as 4 inches and 3 inches wide.
2. Leaves triangular to arrow-shaped.
3. Stems are vine-like, creeping.
Uses or Importances:
1. Morning Glory is a bothersome weed that overgrows crops as well as grasses and native plants.
2. The seeds are poisonous.
3. There are many domestic varieties of morning glory that are useful garden plants.
