An unidentified willow as seen along Eagle Creek adjacent to the Eagle Creek trailhead, Columbia River Gorge..............May 10, 2012. I keyed this to several species, partly dependent on whether I used the clonal willow or regular multi-stemmed shrub leads. The plants looked more like regular shrubs, but it was difficult to tell for sure as they were coming up between large riprap boulders.
