Yellow Salsify, Oysterplant: Tragopogon dubius (Synonym: Tragopogon major) - Lemon-yellow flower heads are as wide as a 50 cent piece. The green, linear bracts beneath the flower heads are much longer than the flowers. Leaves are found on the stems and at the base of the plant, and are long, linear, and grass-like. Plants from 40-80 cm tall.
