What may be Tortula princeps growing on the side of a large rock placed around the parking area at the west trailhead for the Twin Tunnels Trail east of Hood River, Oregon..................March 24, 2012. A smaller moss, possibly Grimmia pulvinata or Grimmia trichophylla can be observed around the Tortula moss.
