This is a non-native mantis in the Pacific Northwest. I'm not sure which species this is.

Praying Mantis - Praying Mantis

A non-native praying mantis found on vegetation along the western shore of the Deschutes River about one-half mile upstream from the Columbia River................July 27, 2011.
