[Beetles of the Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington]

A mass of what appears to be eight spotted lady bugs on scouring rush (Equisetum hyemale) and Pacific rush (Juncus effusus) as seen along the Klickitat Trail about 3 miles or so south of the Pitt trailhead.............October 14, 2012.
