[Spiders of the Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington]

What appears to be a male trapdoor spider () along the trail several miles south of the mouth of the Deschutes River (east bank)..........November 3, 2013. Many dozens of males were observed, evidently in search of females? They are an inch or so long.
