Opsiphanes species Butterfly?

These butterflies were photographed at the Butterfly Garden at Monteverde, Costa Rica on January 1, 1997. I am wondering if the butterfly on the right is a member of the genus Opsiphanes. Both butterflies are feeding on a fruit material, perhaps banana.
