What appears to be variable willow (all male plants) near the upper tree line aong the Vista Ridge Ski Trail at Mount Hood Meadows Ski Area..........July 6, 2013. Snow has only melted off the ground at this site during the previous week.

What appears to be variable willow (male plants) beneath either the Vista Express or Daisy ski lifts at Mount Hood Meadows Ski Area..........July 6, 2013. This site is lower than the previous site and thus is further along in bloom period.
