[Maples: The Genus Acer in the Cascade Mountains of Oregon and Washington]

Leaves of Rocky Mountain maple observed in woodlands along the Clear Lake Trail #4341 near the southwest corner of Clear Lake, Willamette National Forest.....August 2, 2023. Note the deeply incised leaves (greater than one-half way through the leaf blade) which help identify this variety.
