The photo above shows american water plantain in a drying riparian area to the west of Lakeside Road in the public hunting area of Conboy Lake NWR.........July 16, 2008. Bractless hedge-hyssop (Gratiola ebracteata) and fragrant popcorn flower (Plagiobothrys figuratus) are also present at this location.
