Several close-up images of the inflorescence of Rattan's blue-eyed mary as seen in the upper Klickitat River Canyon about 10 miles southeast of Glenwood, WA..................May 3, 2008. Note that the corolla tube is roughly parallel to the calyx tube. Note also the numerous gland-tipped hairs on the stem within the inflorescence as well as on the calyx.
