Common liverworts as seen on the moist banks of numerous cascading streams above FS Road #2329 about a mile or so north of Midway Meadows, Gifford Pinchot National Forest.......July 13, 2018. Note the tongue-like, leafy thalli and the umbrella-like female gametophores.
