[Unidentified Fungi of the Cascade Mountains of Oregon and Washington]

An unidentified gilled fungus growing at the base of a live conifer. The caps are 2-3 inches in diameter. Photographed along the Pacific Crest Trail #2000 in moist forest on the west side of the Big Lava Bed about one and one-half miles south of Forest Service Road #60, Gifford Pinchot National Forest.............November 5, 2012.
