Close-up images of the calyx, flower and stem leaf of small-flowered nemophila as seen along forest road #2129 in the southern Willamette National Forest........July 12, 2008. Note the downward pointing hairs on the stem and numerous hairs on the calyx. Note also the short lobes which flair outward from the base of the groove between each calyx lobe, a characteristic of this species.
