Examples of Nevada cinquefoil as seen on Strawberry Mountain, Strawberry Mountain Wilderness........August 19, 2011. Note the long spreading hairs, many of which are gland-tipped. Note also the spreading petals and sepals, with the petals much longer than the sepals and the canary-yellow color of the petals. The inflorescence is not leafy bracteate.
