[Wildflowers in Bloom in central Oregon: 2003]

Spring Valley Creek & Spring Valley Meadow

Malheur National Forest

June 23, 2003

Triteleia grandiflora var. grandiflora

Malheur NF Map Coordinates: R28E T19S S29

The area studied was the riparian area along with some of the upland area within 100 feet of the creek from FS Rd 4310 downstream to the meadows. The meadow is well-fenced and appears to be grazed at a later part of the year. The creek itself appears to be a seasonal creek, and was dry at this time.
