What may be Shasta Valley thistle as seen in riparian aspen forest along a western branch of Rock Creek about one mile uphill to the west of Hot Springs Campground, Hart Mt. National Antelope Refuge.........June 9, 2016. Note the erect, branched stem with largely flat-topped inflorescence.
