Jimsonweed, Jimson-weed, Thorn-apple, Thorn Apple: Datura stramonium (Synonyms: Datura stramonium var. stramonium, Datura stramonium var. tatula, Datura tatula) - Corolla 6-9 cm in length. Calyx 3.5-4.5 cm long with winged ribs, somewhat angled towards the base. Stems more or less glabrous green. Leaves 5-15 cm long, 4-10 cm wide, ovate in shape and coarsely toothed to shallowly lobed. Surface generally glabrous green. Seeds black.

Surface generally puberulent, often felt gray in color. Seeds tan.
