Common mouse-ear observed along the Fremont National Recreation Trail #160 on the west side of Twelvemile Peak, Fremont-Winema National Forest......July 16, 2022.

The photo above shows a close-up of the flower of common mouse-ear. Photographed at Irondycke Campground along the Lostine River in the Wallowa Mts. of northeastern Oregon.........July 8, 2007. Note the petals which are barely longer than the sepals as well as the clear margins to the sepals. Note alos the spreading hairs of the pedicels, many of which are tipped with glands.

Photographed at Irondycke Campground along the Lostine River in the Wallowa Mts. of northeastern Oregon........July 8, 2007. Note the long, spreading hairs along the upper surface of the leaf blades and numerous spreading hairs of the stem.
