Pale morning glory in bloom along Road 4011-015 about one mile or so below the Crane Mountain summit, North Warner Mountains, Fremont-Winema National Forest.......June 1, 2020.
Pale morning glory beginning to bloom along the Pacific Crest Trail about one mile southwest of the trailhead at Cook and Green Pass, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, CA......July 14, 2020.
Although not a great photo, this shows the lobes at the base of the leaf blade of pale morning glory. The leaf of the similar Calystegia atriplicifolia lacks such prominent lobes at the base of the blade and has a broader, rounder leaf tip. Photographed on the banks of Rough and Ready Creek about one-third of a mile west of the Redwood Highway.............April 29, 2012.
