[Pacific Northwest Molluscs]

A freshwater clam/ river mussel shell spotted along the Riverview Trail at Deschutes River State Recreation Area.....November 21, 2023. This is about 200 feet upslope from the Deschutes River, so it was probably brought by a gull or mammalian carnivore/omnivore to this spot for consumption.
