A Salvin's albatross (Thalassarche salvinii) or Salvin's mollymawk observed during a pelagic albatross trip out of Kaikoura, South Island, New Zealand. This is not native to the Pacific Northwest coast and would create quite the commotion if one was spotted off our coast!
